Not fancy but room was clean & comfortable with friendly staff
A bit dated hotel, really hot at night. Doesn't have a plug near the bed. The bed was comfy and pillows were good. Overall, for a cheap hotel, it's good.
The place is a very average place, felt a little nervous with our cars in the car park in Buckingham gardens (no real connection to travel lodge) as the local drunks kept going in there and and trashing the place and throwing bins about, luckily no damage was done. How ever the woman on the desk was more than accommodating, there was 2 groups of us and we had asked if we could be changed to the same floor and she didn't that with no question and even changed one of the rooms to a family room from a twin for us.....breakfast was very average but to be honest we wasn't expecting much, premier inn breakfast are so much more value for money on the overall experience if I'm honest and they are pretty much the same price.
Lovely warm welcoming staff. Fresh and clean throughout. The room was spacious even with the extra child bed. Bathroom was clean, though could have done with more light and a fan. Great choices for breakfast, both hot and cold. Overall excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again.
My stay was excellent. The staff especially are very friendly, they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was scrumptious. Keep it up guys.
