Nice people in the reception. High quality in the room nice place will recommend for everyone to stay hire. Close to the town restaurant perfect good quality and not expensive
We chose it because of the competitive rate and proximity to the M4 and having stayed at the Copthorne across the road before, we thought we'd try the Holiday Inn this time. A bit surprised/disappointed to be charged for parking on arrival - 7. The bar was expensive too. The place has had a makeover and is reasonably comfortable. The best part of our stay was breakfast which was good and the staff attentive. Would stay there again. As a matter of interest, we could also see Windsor Castle from our room and She was in!
Modern, clean and well appointed hotel with helpful friendly staff. Rooms are clean and spacious with comfy beds. The let down is the bar and restaurant. They seem to concentrate on trendy presentation, like serving burgers on a piece of slate instead of a plate, instead of good food. A colleague and I had 4 meals between us during our stay and each one was below average quality, a small portion and expensive. Drinks are overpriced too.
Stayed here as we were going to a wedding in Windsor. It was clean, comfy and spacious with 2 king size beds in each room. Breakfast was usual serve yourself bacon, eggs etc with cereals and juices. Hotel is close to Legoland so ideal if your planning a trip there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loads of parking available but there is a 7.00 daily charge.
I'm giving a 4 because I was very happy with the rooms... beds were comfortable.... very clean.... reception was very welcome... the only criticism I have are the restaurant staff... they need more of. it seemed very hectic... we were told half hour wait for food but I think may have been an hour +... the food came out hot so that was good... I just think more staff would be good... oh and the breakfast was stunning
