Nice hotel, good location for London Heathrow. Good location for air port long stay parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
Check in wasnt amazing the women was not friendly, but so what? Room was nice if u like English decor, but who cares? Room service was great we ordered chicken wings but they were cold an u could tell they dressed them up to make them taste good but we had quite a lot of drinks they did replace them which was great, the pool and facilities you must check out brilliant restaurant and gym!!! Not bad at all really nice...
Attended for a meeting. Booked a boardroom. Staff friendly as one would expect from a high star hotel. Meeting room was excellent. General public areas were to a high standard and staff pleased to help.
Very good, professional hotel, great service.Some issues;Found we was booked into the wrong room on arrival.Slow food service even though you pay through your nose for the grub.Expensive hidden charges - parking and wifi both 12 quid a night!Safe not working in the room. Toilet handle dodgy, really dodgy. Most important to me, not being able to have a beer in bloody peace! Bothered several times by waiters for no good reason. They must have taken a dislike to me as one then tried to bill it to my room even though I had already paid in cash!Apart from that, really enjoyed our stay.
This is the best English hotel I've ever been in. A very nice clean and pleasant hotel. Staff are extremely friendly. The room was spotless and the bed was huge!. Best of all i had 4 pillows to prop up on and were so fluffy!!! All in all the nicest hotel I've ever been in.
