Seemingly great experience at the start. However after waiting 10 weeks for a service book for our 50000 vehicle to be posted to us, we are just about out of patience!My partner and I have contacted the dealership at least twenty times ( possibly more ) by phone and email, and we are constantly assured that it is on it's way, and it'll be here today or tomorrow e.t.c!Well, the service/manual pack arrived a couple of days ago and today they sent us a nice USB keyring and pen which was rather nice of them.So we had a bit of a run around, but I suppose these things can happen. What's important is that they have made things right in the end.Thanks Tim and Liam!

They have been so kind and gracious sorting my situation when i was in a tricky situation. I would definetly recommend them to anyone especially and service team they are amazing much respect and love to them for the kindness and help they have shown me
Repost of my review for the Alfa Romeo dealership of the Thames Group:I brought my Giulia QV to this place for a service. It was the first regular service after 9k miles.I had to wait 4 hours in the garage for the service to finish, since I did not get a substitute transportation offered (taxi, another car or similar).On top of that, I was charged with things like filling of my washing fluid for the windscreen, which I actually filled up the day before.Also complained via mail. Did not receive a response.If you are going to buy any cheaper car than the QV (which is actually any other car :) ), expect a quite horrendous experience for the service.Although the sales team was very nice, I will not use this garage again.
Highly recommended. I would not take my Abarth anywhere else for servicing or repair work. The staff are very helpful, friendly and very efficient.
