Very pleased with the quick, efficient and friendly service from Sytner Mini, particularly Ben and Shahid. Bought my car from Synter Mini about 6 months ago and I noticed a couple of problems when I bought it home, however Ben was eager to get these fixed, which he did. My car recently had a problem with the parking sensors and I spoke with Ben again, who did not hesitate in arranging it to be fixed. Both times my car was collected and dropped off by Shahid who showed great customer care. Thanks guys for your help in a time which can always be quite difficult and anxious.
Upset a lot of local residents. Not just a mini dealer although they would deny it. BMW cars, stock vehicles left on adjacent residential roads. Parking in front of junction access to residential car parks, impact is that residents cannot see out to exit, grass verges chewed up by delivery lorries. The list is endless at the moment. So they trim their conifer hedges and pick up litter. Whoop whoop. All in all not 'Ideal' neighbours. Guess the stereo typre BMW/Mini owner image fits
