Typically bad service from Jaguar Land Rover. Very poor communication and no courtesy car despite all their promises. Dont buy JLR there are so many better options, unless you want trouble and frustration. 3 years and the particular issue still hasnt been resolved. With Lancaster Jardine Slough its taken 3 months for assessments and resolution and Im still waiting. They wont own up to the responsibilities they have and make pitiful excuses. Head office just as useless as theyve known about this for very a long time too and are impotent to help. If I could give zero stars I would. Another brand consigned to the curse of incompetence and inefficiency.
I have just purchased my new car and felt I needed to leave feedback about the dealership. The showroom is absolutely stunning and I was greeted with very helpful receptionists and looked after from the moment I walked in. I was offered a range of refreshments and told to help myself to anything I wanted. I was then met by my Salesman Andrew who put me at ease straight away. I was very indecisive about what car to get and the knowledge and expertise from Andrew was second to none. I spent the best part of the day there and was shown a whole range of cars. All the financial packages were explained in great detail and the best options for my budget. I was then kept informed when I would be able to collect the car and that alone turned out to be really special. Buying a car is an expensive purchase, but here you are dealt with as an individual and listened to without any pressure whatsoever, overall it was a fabulous experience and without hesitation I just know where I will be going when I upgrade my car
Nightmare service, ordered the part a week ago and they told me they will call me when its arrived, 8 days gone no phone call.. visit three times to collect The part, but staff pretends to be busy.. so no luck so far. I try again.. better off to buy parts from somewhere else...
Great experience, car was picked up and returned to my doorstep cleaner than when they picked up with everything I asked for completed
