Worst Customer service ever. So to add details, after the initial call from SMC Slough to go and meet a sales rep named Sat, I took my family there to see cars. The sales rep was bluntly unwilling to put any effort. First he took us to couple of cars and knowing that he should show us in details, he didn't bring the keys. Then he left us waiting in the cold with young children to bring the keys. Then he come back with the keys, unlock from far and asked us to see the cars by ourselves and went back inside without any explaination. When he came back, he mentioned he was doing valuation for our car. He didn't once even tried to sit down with us in the office to get what we are looking for and look in their network. He just very quickly showed what's on the forecourt and let us leave from outside. Considering I was looking to buy a car worth nearly 20000, this was the worst experience I had. On the other side, Dee's Ford Wimbledon already showed a great level of interest and care in customer service before I even visit them. Not going to SMC Slough again.
The place was empty the employees were just chatting to each other. No one approached me to see if I needed anything maybe that's why they're empty. 2 stars because one guy did finally come over.
Booked in for oil change on my van agreed to bring it in 2 days later.friendly and accomadating service staff. courtesy car accepted quick turnaround including service check and recall for rear doors locks.very pleased with overall performance(outside wash would have been fantastic which i normally get with my car elsewhere)
