Outstanding service. I've just had my car serviced here. It was exceptionally good. The car was collected and returned by Andrew, exactly on time. I was kept informed of progress by Adrian, so I knew what was happening. Mark arranged for a piece of trim to be fitted in addition to the service. And the best bit - the car was returned cleaner than when I left it! I thoroughly recommend this very professional team.
A very good dealership, I was very apprehensive at first as my micra is 20 years old but the manager Mark Burton made me feel like my car was equal as important as any else, and treated me as such.He kept his word and delivered my car back exactly when stated.Good job

I recently visited this Ancaster branch to request some aftercare service.Unfortunately I had the same experience from the same uncooperative and obstructive individual I had two years ago - Mark Burton.The aftercare sales is non- existent with this branch. The extra money you pay for peace of mind when purchasing a new vehicle isn't there. The customer care after purchase has been a complete contrast to the service I received when this dealership was trying to sell me the car. In my opinion Ancaster have behaved unethically and l also believe my car was damaged whilst the dealership was looking into a fault. My other two new Micras ran much more smoothly mechanically, but my experience with this purchase had been far from straightforward and dealing with this individual has been an unpleasant and challenging experience. I chose Ancaster Slough for my new purchase as it was local to where I live, but I wish I had returned to my previous dealer in Aldershot where the customer service did not just end at the point of purchase and the after care was much better. Based solely on my experience with Mark Burton and his inability to treat customers fairly, I would not purchase a car from this dealership - he has been a very poor ambassador for both Nissan and Ancaster. I have had to take my complaint up with Nissan
