put down a Deposit Of 900 with the understanding if I can not get the remaining of the money I can have my deposit return , seller added the m.o.t was guaranteed %100 pass. But not mot yet. I couldn't get the rest of the money so re considing and couldnt afford insurance . I explained that I was happy and couldnt afford to continue with the transaction . But still waiting for my money back but every time I start to get someWhere in court proceedings they change the name of the company . It's clear I will not get my money back but hopefully this year i will manage to send then to court for my 900 back

Where in court proceedings they change the name of the company , they make their own views it shocking and very disgusting how they can in danger people like this and take their money but somehow still within the law . After 2 and half year off tryin to get my money back from these lowlife People , im now reduced in forced , to except this loss of 900 and as you can see they clear dont need this money avoid at all cost
Sleazy Salesmen. Will say anything to keep you happy. Drove 200 miles to buy a car for them to drop off to my house for them to tell me that the car will be delivered 30 miles away from me. After arguing with the owner and asking for a refund, they delivered the car and the car had cigarettes in the cup holder and rubbish in the back (which is so unprofessional and disrespectful). Bought the car 3 months ago and have found endless problems since. The owner said everything was working promising this, that and the other. But it was all a ploy to get his dodgy car out the garage. The son (as they promote how it is a family run business to build a rapport with customers) avoided answering any of my questions, responding with analogies to make it seem like he knew what he was talking about. I will not be buying a car from KSM Motors ever again and recommend anyone else not to either. Absolute joke of a business. Alot of empty promises. The good reviews are from members of their staff which is just embarassing. They backtrack on their "word." Disappointing experience. I have bought alot of cars in the past. This has definitely been the worst.
