OMG! I couldn't agree more with all the reviews I have read. The receptionist is evil. I have forgotten her name. It would of been nice to name and shame her. I actually made a complaint about her which actually worked for a couple of days and then she went back to her old ways.
The worst customer service and the worst surgery! They never pick up the phone for to book an appointment!! You can be waiting on hold for a long hour and then later THEY NEVER HAVE APPOINTMENTS available!
WORST SURGERY IN THE WORLD!!!Incompetent staff and and the rudest doctors with the lowest level of skill and manners if ANY AT ALL.Suppose to be helpful but they seem more happy turning you away. SOOOOOO RUDE
Have been seen to on 4 different occasions for various things from an allergy to a hernia operation and all doctors have been fantastic. The staff at reception are polite and helpful. Negative side is that's it quite difficult to get seen on the same day.
