Doctors are great and do their job well. However, trying to get an appointment with my doctor is near impossible!! They seem to never have advanced appointments available and calling on the day is an absolute nightmare!! For any doctor, seeing as mine is never free. The pharmacy is also a complete joke! They seem to always mess up my repeat prescriptions every month! Every single month! And I've been taking them since I was 15 (24 now)
I have always had a positive experience whether dealing with the receptionist or medical staff. The issue with getting through on the phone or getting an appointment is a national problem because surgeries are obliged to register a person even if over subscribed. The blame for this should be levelled at the Government and lack of funding not directly at the doctors and other medical staff. I find adopting the approach of being polite when talking to someone works better than being rude or curt to them.
What a nightmare, 1st and only visit. Waited 20 minutes for a parking space then my standard double buggy wouldnt fit through the surgerys main entrance so left buggy outside. Arrived to the front desk couple minutes late after all this but had to wait for receptionist for 5 minutes to be told to wait in the waiting room. Then 30 minutes later called out to be told doctor can not see me. If its not hard enough taking two kids out on a day you have booked of work. Exactly why I havent been to see a Gp for 6 yrsThanks for nothing Dr A Wagner for not seeing me
Disrespectful Doctors and Staff can never book an appointment and then i finally got a call back from a doctor with an attitude problem that CLEARLY did not want to help at all. Ovb in the wrong field. Tax money for what a waste both weekes drive and farnham road need closing!!
