Absolutely ridiculous service. Booked my appointment for tyre change at autocentre Slough..very disappointed. Prepaid my wheel alignment..after tyre changed I was informed the wheel alignment machine is broken for the past several weeks therefore they can not do it. Why would you allow to book wheel alignment and take online payment when the machine was broken for several weeks???? They were not interested to do the car brake checks and saftery checks too.. very reluctant staff...eventually I had move out without wheel alignment, safety checks and brake checks! Now waiting to get the refund for wheel alignment for another 5 days with no fault of mine.I promise Im not coming back ever!!!!
Have always found the manager, Stuart to be personable, honest and fair. Took the car in to today to get an oil leak repaired and the eventual cost was less than the quote.

Done full major service to my car it's over priced and not much done I had to take it to different garage to change coolant, brake fluid and power steering fluid.I would not recommend this place too expensive for little job.
This is the forth time Ive used Halfords after appalling service from Kwik Fit. Stuart is very knowledgeable and seems thoroughly honest in my experience. Only thing is that I always turn up first thing, as I need my car for work. However, it was only on this occasion that I discovered that the mechanics dont start until 8.30, so could have had a few more minutes in bed! As a woman who has been patronised and ripped off by a multitude of mechanics for well over 30 years, these chaps have restored my faith. Top notch.
