Took my old Saab 9 5 to Alan for a service. He picked the car up in the morning, and returned it in the afternoon. Reasonable labour charges, sensible advisories, and cleaned the car on the inside too! He also fixed a number of minor irritations (tightened handbrake, made passenger window close quicker) at no extra charge. Thoroughly recommended.
Nice to deal with people who actually know their stuff. Too many cowboys around these days. Five star customer service, engineering skills and sensible pricing. My 50 mile round trip was more than worth it!
