Have been to AVIT Numerous Times With Different Cars. Usually Had Good Experiences With Them Until Recently..Nick I Cannot Fault As He Always Discusses What The Issue May Be In Great Depth and Does His Best To Help. The Other Fellow With The Glasses(Unsure What His Name Was) However: RUDE. Absolutely Diabolocial Customer Service Skills When I Called In and Tried To Explain My Problem, He Said He Was Busy and Had To Go. He Also Tried To Charge Me 210 For A Haldex Service When Nick Advised It To Be 120. AVOID THIS PARTICULAR MEMBER OF STAFF. Would've Been A 5 Star Rating.
So badly treated by Nick and his Dad that it felt as if they had trodden on something on the pavement.Tried to rack up diagnostic time and Nick gave me his personal number to contact him on. When I called, his Dad started swearing at me and told me to collect the car without reason...Trying to be like a dealer, but behaving like a neanderthal.Will NEVER return and have never been treated so badly.
cowboys total ripoff please avoid they charge you 48 for first diagnose and then say we now need to do manual diagnose which is another 70 per hour nornally we find problem in 1 hour but it can be long we are not sure then after that we will tell you what is problem and how much to fix that so after paying 300 to 500 then you will find out how much actual problem will cost you to get sorted my personal experiance after paying them i went to local typical mechanic charged me nothing for diagnose and 110 including labour and parts he found problem in 10 mins that they couldnot find in two hours so think before you go there..
This by far the best sevice center I have ever used .. Nick and his team are so Curteos and have all the expertise to solve any problem related to your car. I have had major works done in my car turbo, mounts, suspension all the works have been Completed with perfection. I have never had problems with my car since using there services .
