If i could give less than one start then i would. We called them for assistance & advice, since they sorted out our name change deed poll back in 2010. Everyone spoken too, even the family Law solicitor, was unbelievably rude, short and couldn't get us off the phone any sooner. Very unprofessional and will not be recommending them to anyone.
