My solicitor Mr Kharaud is excellent. Been working with him over 4 years. Dealt with my previous child proceeding and now my current one, of which is now completed and delighted to say I got my children back. Complete faith in his service, he returned my calls, was excellent at explaining, listening and I found him to be efficient. I have total confidence in him. With winning many awards, he strives to achieve the best results. I would definitely recommend Fort Solicitors and the team, to any parent facing care proceedings.

I had the worst experience of my life. I just had to get a document stamped from a solicitor and it was less than a minutes job, and of course the solicitor was being paid his fees to do the job but I was unfortunate to see one of their solicitors Gurmeet Kharaud. From the minute I walked through the door of his office he was rude, arrogant and disrespectful. Well as long as one does the job satisfactorily the client can ignore that stinking attitude. However he didn't even do the job properly, Mr Kharaud who is apparently a lawyer with LLB had to barely handwrite 3 words on my document, which his own address ( how difficult that can be) but he wouldn't do it, instead starting complaining why my document had such a requirement . I politely requested this rude person if he could kindly do it properly as I am afraid the document might be rejected but he said he will not do it, and demanded his fees without even doing the job properly. He was so disrespectful and didn't even think twice before insulting his clients and that also a woman. I stood there shocked at the rude behaviour and the vile attitude that Gurmeet Kharaud had towards me (his client), totally unacceptable. He was so inappropriate & unprofessional in his dealing that I literally walked out of his office in tears. And it wasn't over yet; when I called back the firm to complain, the admin lady said she will speak to someone about it and surprisingly Gurmeet Kharaud calls me back with the same arrogant attitude, and said " I hear you want to complain about me, and added he was the boss. I didn't hear even a word of apology. He was in fact more rude.I have never come across some one so unprofessional especially in his capacity. I will for sure never ever go back to these solicitors. It was the worse experience of my life. I will strongly advise against using these solicitors, and in particular Gurmeet Kharaud. Law society should not be allowing people like him to practice, and I hope they will take some action.
