The customer service is very bad.None of the assistance are bothered.They dont care about the customer.Not willing to help at all. They would rather you walk out the shop with nothing. Very poor service. My wife went to buy some items today was told cant have them because to far for the assistance to reach. I could reach them Than she was told go to the broadway instead. Very rude. Keep well away
Plz AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! these fraudsters- I took my diamond ring just to put the main stone back in as had fallen out + the young guy asian worker called saqib took it in the back +said it will take 10 min. I called him out after 2 min as something didn't feel right and he had taken one of the cubic zircona SIDE STONES out !!! (obviously to replace it with a less valuable stone to make their profit)I confronted him in front of the old manager and he lied and said he had not !! I asked why I couldn't see my item being repaired +the manager/ director made a stupid excuse saying there was not much room in the back!PLZ go to a reputable jewellers FRAUD!!! I would give them ZERO STARS but no option available- agree with soldier lady's review before me here. Plz Google the director of this place also - mohammed iqbal has recently been in court for illegal practices!! And was fined over 2k!! He looks v. Greedy old man Plz Dont go to this jewellers or they will devalue your gold for their personal gain. They are STEALING honest peoples money by damaging their gold!!! Report them.Call themselves Muslim. Im muslim + know that when they die everything they have STOLEN will hang from their necks!! Ameen BUYER BEWARE
Really unprofessional, rude staff. F**ked up my silver rings and charged (a lot!) for a totally devastated items! Don't ever go there with your own jewellery!
