The customer service is very bad.None of the assistance are bothered.They dont care about the customer.Not willing to help at all. They would rather you walk out the shop with nothing. Very poor service. My wife went to buy some items today was told cant have them because to far for the assistance to reach. I could reach them Than she was told go to the broadway instead. Very rude. Keep well away
Just visited gold factory, been a regular customer for 4 years, this is a genuine review, of the fantastic and outstanding service, I have always received from gold factory. The staff there and sonia have been brilliant to cater and adjust to life's happy and sad moments regarding gold.I have had a couple of situations needing urgent cash and not wanting to ask family or friends. With gold factory's service I have been very content and satisfied with my belongings being safe, and knowing exactly where I stand. I wish them and the whole team at gold factor, well done, keep up the good work and would highly recommend them as a trust able and reliable gold jewelers !!
