don't buy gold or silver from here, my expensive gold chain lost it's shine totally after few month and got darkened even due that i was using their cleaning product, the worst quality every, their 9k gold is not 9k and the mixture is really bad with other dodgy metals, they refused exchange or refund, money down the drain, took it to pawn shop to sell and they didn't even accepted this as gold after doing the test.
Very rude you tell them that you bought something in there before Christmas this then you couldn't talk because they haven't got one
