I was disappointed not to be referred to a hospital and was concerned that the surgery was a converted semi in Slough. I voiced these thoughts to the receptionist on being offered an appointment only 3 days later. She was very patient and assured me the premises was more than fit for purpose and that the surgeon Dr Ihab was very good. I arrived still with concerns but parked outside, free, was greeted respectfully .The waiting area was immaculate and was attended to by Dr. Ihab with great care and professionalism. No pain, good advice and was driving away at the time my appointment was scheduled. Great service, Thanks.
Stay well away from this dental practice. They will take your money and then inform NHS dental services that you were exempted. Next thing you will receive a threatening Penalty charge notice letter from NHS with 100 fine on top of your fees which you have already paid. IT'S A SCAM
