I had Invisalign treatment at Broken Acre this year with Raj. Raj was always very professional, friendly and put me at ease throughout the process. The original quote was exactly what the end price was. I had previously had a quote elsewhere which was double the cost of this one. Raj always made it clear he was accessible via phone or email between my appointments if needed. I was always able to book late appointments which was very useful around my working hours.I am delighted with the end results and have recommended the treatment and Raj to many of my friends/family. I was surprised how much your teeth can change in such a short amount of time. I was so pleased with his work that I chose to have further work done.The rest of the staff in the practice are also extremely friendly, especially behind reception. Could not fault in any way. Have been coming to this practice for years with my family...Always happy with the treatment I receive and always made aware of the cost of treatment that is needed and given options...I have always found the staff to be kind and caring....Overall fantastic service.
Attended initially as an emergency patient with a cracked molar.Can't fault the work, although the pricing as a private patient is terrifying!On my first visit I had two x-rays, the molar drilled and repaired and the rest of my teeth cleaned and polished. This came to 185, which although pricey is quite reasonable.My second visit was on the back of the first for a further two fillings, again, can't fault the work and chair side manor is great, but upon exit I was charged a further 180.. yes One Hundred and Eighty pounds sterling, for two fillings... that's two, the number 2!I had asked, on my first visit, to be treated as an NHS patient, but apparently you can't just walk in and do that, there is a waiting list of indeterminate length to which you can have your name appended to. I was under the impression that a practice that accepted NHS patients were obliged to treat you as such if requested to do so... maybe I'm wrong, but I will be checking.So to recap, great Dentist as long as you have very deep pockets and don't mind paying extortionate prices.
