The worst dentist i have ever been to! If only i could give less than 1 star!!The orthodontist is so rude! She has no care or empathy for kids. She was very rough with my daughter. She gives no explanation or discussion about plan of treatment, no information at all. Unacceptable behaviour of a healthcare professional!
Reading all these bad reviews I actually had to check I was going to the right place as 3 of my children have all been and 1 is still going there regularly and I can honestly say I've never had 1 problem always nice and polite and most importantly great at there job. We've been going here over 10yrs and had the same lady for all my children my eldest daughter has the most perfect teeth now with all thanks to them.
The orthodontist is by far the rudest woman I have come across. Absolutely no empathy with children. Everyone of my child's school friends have said exactly the same as my child. Heard her speak to another patient and their parents and I was cringing.
If I could put less than 1 star for this place I would. Absolutely appalling service. After waiting in the waiting room for an hour the woman greeted me in an extremely rude way but that wasnt the worst thing about it. During my appointment the woman who saw me for my emergency appointment coughed on my face and her spit spluttered all over my face! Absolutely disgusting service.
Very poor sevice! As a patient not valued. Just another number waiting to be treated. You have xrays taken and for the results you have a long wait while they see other patients on your time. Would not recommended!
