Initially staff was friendly but made a mistake when I returned a car. I went back there to rectify the error. Instead of being helpful I was blamed for it. Be very careful there and check twice! Hertz customer support did help and refunded the overpayment.
They called me on a Friday afternoon to cancel my car rental that I had booked a week earlier for the following Monday as they didnt have any other automatic for hire. I was left with a very short delay to find another car rental company for my ten day trip - a hassle I didnt need on my last day of work before a holiday. Thy could have called me earlier.

No parking here for your own car (if hiring a van) when I suggested it might say this on the website the Hertz chap seemed to become quite officious? It was just a tip, guys! Apart from that van rental good value no issues
