Appalling experience! Actual vets are good and all, BUT...both times my husband went to take our pets for vaccination, he had to wait very long time, first time over 30 mins and second time an hour!!!! This is unacceptable...caused unnecessary stress for our bunny and my husband had to take significant amount of time off work for such a simple thing as vaccination! We have never been to any other practice where we had to wait for so long (2 times in a row). So taking all this in account, I don't think we will be using this practice again, neither will be recommending this practice to anyone.
