Very friendly staff and not bad treatment from the vet
Just called them to buy an over the counter batch of Dasuquin, which helps to support joint function in dogs. The person on the phone said they don't stock and refused to order any. I called the next nearest vet, who also don't stock but happily made the order for me to pick up tomorrow. I had previously checked with my registered vets that i can buy Dasuquin from anywhere and didn't need to visit them, as I am not nearby them at the moment.

I had a very good experience and the staff where very helpful with any questions I had.Very helpful and good customer service from all the staff and always have time to answer any questions I have or concerns. And they asked me if I could keep them updated on how my pet was doing. My pet had an accident I phoned them straight away for her to be checked over and got saw straight away as an emergency. My dog is recovering very well. I am very satisfied with the professional services they provided for my pets care. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
