Worst company ever.. called for a cab at 14.02 it's currently 15.08 and I'm still waiting , called up the office number of times after them telling me 10 minutes ... called and called then I get told my cab is out side and I check he's not there ... I get told the driver will call me and he never called ....Customer service's at this company is non existent. ..
Beware dont book with this company. They quote a lower fare on the phone and when the driver arrives they ask for more money - at which point I was getting late for a flight and had no choice but to pay 40% more than I was quoted!

I was a loyal customer to Sovereign, whenever I needed a cab, this company was my first port of call as their prices are reasonable. That is until one afternoon an extremely arrogant, miserable and rude taxi driver shouted at us and was a misogynistic pig!! I'm disgusted such people are employed and hold such little regard for their customers - never ever again!!
