Usually a good service but when they mess up they are very bad. Booked a taxi for 5.45 pick up. Didnt come. When I called the gentleman just passed the blame to his colleagues. Taxi didnt come until 6.05. This means I was late collecting my son from nursery and incurred a fine. Gentleman, Nasser I think, apologetic but said nothing else he could do. Lost faith in them and dont think I will be using them again.Just as a note to the company reply - my fine from the nursery was 10 and my cab fare was 7.50 - they offered me a refund of 75p......insult to injury really
Again booked a cab for school run and it didnt showy. The fool on the telephone needs to get a life.or a job hes capable at. Window licking perhaps???
I was impressed with the service provided, from the quick answering of my phone calls to book a cab, and especially to the professionalism of driver no. 17, who was our driver a couple of times. During one of the trips there was an accident onroute (and an unexpected road block in Windsor) and he took the initiative to drive via back roads to get to our destination, which was a scenic bonus, and enjoyed hearing his local knowledge and history of places we drove past. Thank you.
