VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TO AVOID TOTALLY!!! THERE IS A TOTAL MISMANAGEMENT OF THE RENTAL SERVICE. THEY DON'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT THEY AGREED AND BLAME THEIR CUSTOMER FOR THEIR MISTAKE WITH NO APOLOGY. SUCH A SHAME. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Most irresponsible letting agent I have seen in UK in last 15 years, they are just after money with zero customer services. They are renting houses which are unsafe and falling apart, cant believe Slough council are sitting with their eyes closed and not shutting these crooks down. I had wardrobes doors falling down, fire alarm not working are some to highlight, bath tub blockage... it takes months if not weeks for them to fix! They will simply dont respond, if you are lucky to get response then their answer would be we will check with landlord! If you have children and want them to meet accidents, then please go ahaed
