their enthusiasm and commitment towards customers is exemplary! with focus residential -resolution of any issues is just a phone call away! been with them for almost a decade and they are few of the best i have ever come across. really sad to leave! I wish Adrian and the crew all the very best!
Availed their services for more than 7 years and never ever had any issues with them. i am particular pleased with their customer commitment. i can without a shadow of doubt say that they are THE best estate agents i have ever dealt with. feeling really sad to leave our flat at the new square. Please don't rent house from them !!! We asked several times to solve some issues in the apartment but nothing happened still waiting for 4 months. It's no agency its a scam all the heating doesn't work so all the walls are covered with fungus and they told us that before leaving the house we have to pay for it.Please dont rent from them!!!
Been a tenant for 5 years . They gave us the opportunity to rent a house when nobody else wanted to deal with us as we were relatively new in the UK. Never checked us apart from the gas safety inspections once a year, they let us live our life. When we moved out , they recommended a cleaner to avoid cleaning charges , she gave us reasonable price and touched up the house as Focus needed it . Of course you need to look after your house and its best to double check the inventory when you move in to make sure every flaw is noted but if you dont break anything and give the house back fully cleaned you wont have any problems with them . We got our deposit back in full , no negotiation was needed. I cant say a wrong word about them .
Have nothing new to say as to what been mentioned before. Looks like the way this agency make money on the people, same scenarion with everyone. Behaving in a horrible way, rude, unprofessional, and of course special award - goes to adrian hoskins, extremely rude. You will never recieve your deposit back, they will charge for extra cleaning and also will try to charge you for everything what require repair in the flat (be carefull those who rent not a brand new flat) doesnt matter that they offer rubbish old flats in same condition at the begining of the tenancy, the repair would be needed exactly when youll move out (surprisingly) of course for your own money, they will just deduct it from your deposit. The landlors probably love them, but this is disgusting.
