From the first contact with Luke and Ben to the moment we completed on our sale we got skillful and responsive help.We felt that our main sales contact, James, worked exceptionally hard to book viewings, and we were completely comfortable with him in our home. I've met few young men willing to work as hard to get a result. Finally, the after sales were handled by Naveeda and Ben. We asked so many questions, but each one was handled in a professional and curtios manner. All in all, amazing service that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. You're in safe hands with these guys!

Bad customer service! Made a rental offer on a property that I was told would accept couples. Made the offer and heard absolutely nothing back so I rang everyday for 4 days asking for information and was told on every occasion that someone would call me back - no one ever called me back. Instead, four days later I received a one line email saying the offer was unsuccessful and that actually the landlady didn't want couples in there and that was that! When viewing the property, I viewed it with my partner and the agent we were with said that it was available as soon as everything was processed. We even asked if it was available to couples and she said yes! We shouldv'e been provided with more accurate information!Over a month later I was contacted by Glenn Flegg asking to explain my review so I did. The agent I spoke to has apologised for the lack of communication and has since issued me formal apology!
