Have been coming here for takeaway for over 10 years. Usually no major issues. However on a recent visit, my phone order of kebab rolls was not ready when I arrived to collect. I was told it had not been made yet as 'they had run out of kebabs'. This was fine, though the preparation of my kebab rolls was rushed, and only when I got home did I realise no sauces had been given, and the naan were torn.
Very good taste and have come here thrice so far.
Service is terrible! The fella took his time to take my order and when he did he looked miserable. I ordered samosa chaat and a mixed grill which comes with 1 naan and a can of coke or Sprite. I didn't want the can and asked for mineral water but to be told they didn't have any (and he couldn't be bothered to nip to the shop next door and but 1). I didn't want the coke/sprite so I opted for orange juice. When the bill came he charged me 2 for a small glass of OJ. I asked him why so expensive only to be told "well I did tell you it comes with a can but you didn't want it". Due to poor customer service and the over priced average tasting OJ I have scored 3 star (could have been 5).
Zero stars for service (from the lady). 4.5 stars for the food. The waitress was easily the worst person in customer service ever. Rude and didn't want to deal with us. Got a 60 PCN for parking in their car park. Shame as it's good food.
Six friends got together for a meal tonight. Delicious starters-fish, chicken, ribs and kebabs. Mouth watering Dal and chicken karahi main course. What else can you ask for. A good night out. Looking forward to next one.
