This restaurant does not even deserve a single star. The customer service is the worst. The starters took over an hour so had to be cancelled and the mains took a further one hour. The staff dont even apologise just keep saying wait. They dont even know to bring a birthday cake out of its box with a candle. They brought out the cake inside the box on our table. So embarrasing. Worst restaurant ever and the food is not that amazing that its worth all the hassle. Would never recommend to anyone and would never ever come here again.
Nice food...but the service has suffered since the new owners have taken over. Very loose about rules on bring your own drinks...used to always be bring your own. Last 2 times we went, they initially said we couldn't bring our own and then watched other parties bringing their own drinks. The second time we went, we asked for a bottle of wine, and they only had enough in one bottle for 2 glasses!! So although they said you cant bring your own, they pretty much forced us to walk to the sainsburys mid meal to buy wine for our party!! Very disappointing. Should just make it BYO like it was with the previous owners! Food still delicious!
Went here recently since the management change and a staff member dropped food all over my new shoes. When I told her she smiled and then ran off to the back. I asked another staff member to get the manager which didn't happen. After 15minutes of waiting I got up to leave and the manager then decided to come over. He was rude and impolite.Won't be going back again
Food there is really delicious and best dish in slough and can't go wrong this restaurant...i used them for a while and favourite place. I totally recommended them
Absolutely terrible food and service. This used to be owned by Karahi Express which was very good, but with the chance in management this place has now gone downhill avoid at all costs!The mix grill was bland and tasted like rubber. The butter chicken mains were horrible and did not taste anything how butter chicken should taste. The naans were burnt and overdone. I seriously cannot believe how they can sell such bland and tasteless food. Customer service was very poor and the lady kept sending the wrong food to our table. She asked a member of our group to pass on the plates to everyone but isnt this her job to do? She was very rude and spoke back when we questioned this. I advise to stay away from this place and do not eat from here you will regret it
