For me very bad experience, Not that good customer service
Very professional people. Economical too.
Avoid at all costs. Totally rude. I wait my turn to be served and becoz I could find my ticket the guy tells me not asks no would you mind sorry nothing while he serves the next customer. Ok fine. Then it turns out the it is the next customer's 2nd visit to collect his stuff and they can only find half of it he needs it for the next day. They end up searching the racks 2 3 times. Meanwhile I just have to stand there and wait and wait its close to 5 traffic building on the motorway I got 120 miles to go but who cares right. So they don't find his stuff eventually he serves me or rather I serve him coz while I was waiting I found exactly where my stuff was took him all of 30 seconds after him starting to tell me they might never be able to find it without a ticket. You want rude stupid incompetent service a place that loses stuff where you have to go back 3 times this is the place for you.
