Very friendly and helpful staff, free parking outside of building. Used it once when my washing machine broke down but in future I will use it again
This is one of the best laundry services I have ever used. The staff are fantastic, they work really hard to keep things running smoothly. They are also very friendly. There is free parking on the parade just outside. The price for a service wash is very good compared to other places nearby.
Wash went well easily found with Google maps, good seating , got some work done whilst waiting, nice to have a washing liquid feed into the machine.
Chose the option in dial after checking with two attendents which did not work. When I went to check with one of them on why the detergent is not being used she told me that this particular option doesn't work as expected and without any help continued with her work ..the two stars are for dryer which worked. I don't even have an advice to give to anyone as which machine would work or not is something only staff would know and should tell or put those remarks somewhere visible.In my case even being over cautious also didn't help.
Helpful staff. Good price. Clean environment. Also safe during early hours when unstaffed.
