Service very poor Slough store bath road I order my sofa and expected delivery on Friday and I havent get any delivery call on Friday around 2pm I call them ask them about my sofa delivery they told me some one call you back I wait till 4pm no one call me I call furniture village store bath road Slough for my sofa delivery then someone said some one get you back very poor service and staff is I feel staff is tired no welcoming..Im not buying anything next time from furniture village Slough.
The staff were very professional and helpful when I bought my lovely sofas from there. I went back to buy a large wall clock and large artificial plant from them.Will be going back again soon.
Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Very satisfied with the service recieved. My Order is expected in June. Also met the business owner whose is warm and welcoming very down to earth seriously a lovely gentleman. Can't wait for my furniture to arrive.. defiantly would recommend furniture village.
