Brilliant! Always been curious what this store was like. Only went in for a dustpan and brush... came out after spending 70 on all manner of things! Nice, friendly staff. Very interesting selection of homewares, if you like wall hangings and mirrors they have tons and a handy craft section. They also have a gardening dept here so I will be back for plants and pots next time.
I had to return a cushion that was stated the colour Red on their website .It is definitely no way red in actual colour.Returning in their store in Slough was a smooth process.The lady at the customer services counter was very pleasant and helpful. With the receipt she asked if I could take a screen shot with my phone from the computer screen as she said many feel her writing isn't clear to read. I thought that was a great idea saved paper being printed or written out on. The photo shot is stored on my phone with the returns reference number .She was so customer friendly and showed great customer service skills. On my out I needed to use their toilets again clean facilities. At checkout the other lady was very friendly too.Overall a very nice experience I will go back and have a good wander round as I saw how large their store was with so much in stock .
I love that place. Giving ideas whilst there. Have everything for amazing house decorating as well as for hard dirty jobs of restoration something, heavy duty things, paints, wall papers.... for family women and men. They will all find something to like there. Busy place always.
You can pretty much get anything you need from The Range. It has 2 floors full of everything you need for each season. Concentrating on household interiors, arts & crafts but also has a good garden & pet section and quite a large D.I.Y section. Also has a Cafe if you need a quick snack although I have never eaten there so I can't comment on that. Can get very busy and the tills are often very slow. But the staff are quite friendly so it's not too bad. Lots of free parking and there are other stores nearby. Always a regular visitor.
Love this place! Couldn't see all of it as didn't have much time but defiantly coming back and better then B+M although they have more food choices but then the range have a restaurant and garden centre!
