The worst Manager ever!! and the worst costumer service ever!! I saw a customer came back with a missing item from his purchase and the Argos Manager implied that the customer has taken it..He refused to return the item and was very aggressively argumentative towards the costumers and also said his staff didnt know what they were doing... basically bulling his staff who were 1000 times more professional than him.He was very unprofessional to be working in any customer service job let alone being a manager. Surprised Argos hire people like him and teach them no respect for the coustomers.I would try to avoid this branch at all cost and go to Bath road branch in Slough.

Came for click n collect for sainsburys clothing...and went straight to the till that mentions tu n fast track...the staff was so rude he told me to go n join the queue..what is the point of paying online n waiting in the queue...n what is the point of that board over there ..very disappointed
Fantastic team of staff. They went over and aboard what I expected them to do. I was buying a suitcase and needed to see the sizes . They unpacked each one for me so I could see before I paid. They worked really hard to keep queues down and the staff were all very versatile. Well done I'm one happy customer.
Good set up easy parking do the food shopping as well
