Complete bunch of useless people - my son bought a bike last year with his birthday present money - after 4 months the back axle broke while on his way to school - took the bike back, they replaced the axle free of charge - positive there - however this is where is goes wrong - he didn't have the bike for 2 days - when he got it back it seemed fine for a couple of months - but just the other day he felt something was wrong with it again - he was on his way to Maidenhead when he got a puncture - so took the bike to the Maidenhead Branch for them to repair the puncture, and asked them to check the axle at the same time - it seems the Slough Branch fitted the wrong axle!! So again - he didn't have a bike for a week while they repaired it, so not only did he have to get a taxi back from Maidenhead home, but also back to Maidenhead to collect it - where they charged him for the puncture repair, but not the dodgy axle - my complaint is that if the axle was fitted correctly it wouldn't have taken so long to get it right - and it was dangerous riding around with the wrong axle - so I am expecting compensation for the lost days of not having a bike - where he had to get a train from Taplow to Langley to get to college, plus the taxi fares to and from Maidenhead - they are playing with peoples lives by doing sub-standard work on bikes that are used on busy main roads
Their bike repair service is beyond a joke. Get told a different thing by each member of staff. Have been told a seat is "fixed" yet plastic is cracked so much it couldn't sit on the bike. Have been told 6 different things regarding a wheel or spoke repair today. This is just for a mountain bike. Dread to think what their car repair service is like. They'd have better luck having their staff follow YouTube videos than however they're currently "trained". Joke of a shop.

The store has most things needed for your car. I went in to get a dash cam but they couldn't fit on the day. The appointment given was suited to me and was on time. Staff are friendly and really helpful. The fitting done on the dash cam was great and I would definitely use the fitting service again for any other items that are required.
