Great experience with the bike mechanics team today who seemed to actually WANT to help me resolve a bike warranty matter for me as opposed to go with the 'hard sell' of the likes of Halfords staff.Ian, the Store Manager, is a cyclist himself and brought his experience to bare in overseeing colleagues fix an issue with my son's bike and give it a tune up I didn't think or know it needed.Thoroughly great experience from Greg in doing the repair, and a 3rd personable team member whose name I sadly missed, as well as Ian.I ended up buying a new tyre on recommendation alone but there was certainly no charge for the repair or parts, and all done quickly, yet thoroughly, as I waited.Definitely will be shopping there again, and not just for my sons bike bits.

Bought an electric scooter of them yesterday. Had a translation barrier with the chap that served me - Wanted to know if the lights on the scooter could be used constantly as opposed to when the brake is activated. Had a bunch of yes/no (as he didn't understand me) until finally he tells me that no it doesn't and I have to buy separate lights. So I spent 16 on two additional lights for the scooter, only to find out that there is a function on the scooter to make the lights constant! Anyone wanna buy two bike lights?!
I'd genuinely give it more stars if I could. The bike workshop is well worth it and they do a proper job. The staff are very genuine and helpful, I have always been the recipient of fantastic service here. You won't be disappointed!
Had a very good experience, whilst purchasing a bike for my son. Greg was very helpful and took out the time to show us the different bicycles and features. Will definitely come back!
