DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This Company will take your money and leave you stranded. You will have sleepless nights wondering if you show up at the airport only to find out that you do not have a genuine ticket to board your flight. They are the biggest and ultimate fraud company. We purchased a British Airways ticket via this company which was then cancelled by the airline directly. The Airline informed me that it was not a British airways tickets, which was in turn a fake ticket altogether. All the tickets issued by this company have been cancelled by the airlines and they are taking the money and running away. They have made a call centre in Pakistan with the person named Sam who is actually known as Abdulla Rehman who has been managing and supporting this fraudulent activity with Khalid Hussain who sits in the Slough office has complete management and over sight of everything. It has now been bought to our attention that this company carried out a fraudulent activity in the past with the board of international travel agencies association (IATA). Khalid Hussain has already carried out a similar fraud with IATA with the company named Universal Travel House. Whoever purchases tickets from them, please be aware they are fake tickets and will be cancelled any time by the Airline direct. If you can get a refund now, which I already have doubt you may not be able too, then pease take your refund and make sure they pay the airline to ensure you are safe when travelling to avoid disappointment and losing your money.
Rubbish!!!! Taking you to court! Sold a dodgy ticket...got to the airport and can't travel! Now you are not receiving any calls!!!
I agree with the reviewers who say GSS Ltd is a fraudulent company. I have paid for 4 tickets worth 2290 and the flights haven't been confirmed, nobody answers the phone, the airlines disclaim all responsibility and pass it back to GSS who don't respond to emails, don't pick up the phone, provide false contact numbers to people who disclaim any contact with them. They are a dishonest, unscrupulous and unethical company who are ripping people off. I've only give it a one star rating because google won't let me post this review without it otherwise it would be a big fat zero.
Unbelievably bad company with no morals or conscious, avoid this scamming company, people of slough my case will be in the issue of slough express August 2018 1st week soon to expose these fraudsters.I booked 8 tickets In January 2018 to fly to Pakistan and left them all my money a lot of money I trusted tHem I have whats app conversations stored on my phone for the newspaper where the so called worker SAM Abdul Rehman or Raheem who is based in Pakistan there whole call centre is he kept promising to issue my tickets in May/June then 3rd July 3rd July came no answer from him and his colluege in chalvey branch called him for me and said to me hes sold your tickets and made money on them.I got refund of my tickets BUT had to pay 1k more as 3rd July 2018 is too late for July tickets and I didnt get the seats I wanted had to go different dates as al sold out I booked to late.Thanks GSS Avoid like a plague, the gentleman in the branch chalvey was a good guy, but they got there base in Pakistan.Hopefully when u read slough express in August first week, people of slough will realise they are peak time scammers
