Ignorant staff who look like they want to kill themselves fake homeless people outside begging. Cash machines constantly broken. One member of staff on the self-service checkout at the most crowded time. Don't bother asking the staff help. The pharmacy staff are awful. The McDonald's is very poor. ASDA like Slough was far better 30 years ago just saying.

Asked a Lady on one of the isles to help me find birthday candles. She told me to the stationary isle. I asked her to show me and she went onto ask if I have never shopped in the store before, like it was an effort for her. I hope you have patience and time when you go to this store because you will need it for not wanting to be a nuisance to the staff.
Awful service recently. Either unable to order online, well over half the shopping delivered, or hours later than original delivery time. I feel sorry for the drivers, who I imagine would face customer's 'venting'. If you cannot deliver, then customers should have the choice whether to stay in to receive it, or go elsewhere (but I guess that's what you get for a non UK customer service base). Too close to Christmas to see if you get any better, so my custom has now gone to Tesco, who are far better, only 1 hour time slots and the food lasts longer.
