Hydra pool was ok, Steam room was not working massage was just average
Lovely spa setting in the Hilton next to Heathrow terminal 5. Got a little crowded towards the evening and the steam room wasn't working, but had a relaxing facial for half an hour. Bath robe, flip flops and towel were provided. Need to use 1 to secure a locker, although you get it back when finished. Also has some nice restaurants at this hotel.
No steam room no ice fountain pool was chilly . Bit dissapointed as birtgday treat .
Unfortunately I booked by phone and did not receive an email or text with confirmation details of the booking which led me to call on the morning to ask for advice re the booking. However I spoke to a lovely girl who advised me well and we Had a really nice afternoon here yesterday. My daughter and I booked in for the pumpkin scrub and were greeted by a lovely young lady on reception and given our robes etc. treatment was good and lasted longer then expected, staff were polite and professional. Rooms were clean and well presented as was the pool area. The only issue was that the steam room was out of service and we were not informed.
