I sold my flat and put my possessions into storage for a few months before moving again, which they made as easy as possible. I had a reliable, responsive and helpful experience throughout. The removal teams for both moving days (Jet, James and David) were friendly, efficient and polite. Everything returned from storage as it went in, and was moved into my new place without any fuss. A big thanks Emma for her correspondence and help getting the move booked in. A professional and personal service - highly recommended.
Bucket loads of awesome!!These guys are so expert as making things stress free its a pleasure to hand over the money. We had a REALLY long wait to get to exchange, and we missed out on a house so it took even longer. at the beginning of all that we had a very reasonable quote from Phil. From there, Emma was amazing in responding to the always changing possible exchange dates and my endless questions. We eventually did exchange and thanks to the excellent communication throughout we were able to confirm our move at relatively short notice. It really was exhausting getting to exchange but once we had that confirmation, Countrywide just took over on the move planning and all was taken care of. The packing service the day before was worth every penny too - not one thing got broken, or lost. Everything was clearly labelled and made unpacking a breeze... even if though we have far too much 'stuff'.On completion day, we didn't get our keys until 4:30, but not once did we get any pressure from Emma of the team about how late it was getting and they were totally transparent about when extra charges would be incurred - (ultimately it would be if we had to unload the following day - they didn't charge for waiting).James, Dave and Josh were amazing at getting everything into and out of the vans and were really friendly and courteous all day. Even after getting the keys late, they still gave us ten minutes to have some time in the new house on our own to take it all in. Absolute gentlemen.Thank you Countrywide Moves for everything you did for us. It allowed us to begin our time in the new house on a high and begin the good times right. We'll be recommending you far and wide!
Simply. Amazing.My husband & I did not move a great distance but the guys we had helping were super efficient, friendly & so accommodating. Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely use Countrywide Moves next time we move!
Phil and Co just take the stress away having recently moved me and my partner into a tricky location in the middle of town I could not be happier with the service, logistics were impeccably planned to ensure not only furniture fitted up a tight spiral stair case but vans also fitted down some very tight centre of town roads. Nothing was to much fuss for Phil and his team who simply did everything for us, the move was stress free all thanks to country sides amazing team! I couldnt be happier with such a great service and almost look forward to moving again! Many thanks indeed! 5 Stars
A brilliant removal company - with friendly and concerned management and staff who helped us throughout our move. Quoted a good price, arranged the necessary permit for on road parking, turned up on time and were efficient throughout the packing day (they did the packing and it was the most stress free day we could imagine as they did everything and we just sat in a pub waiting for them to finish!), and arrived to offload when we agreed and completed the removal in a very fast and efficient manner. Wish we could use them again soon - but hopefully we won't need to move for another 25 years!
