Absolutely awful. I ordered a deep pan pizza which was sloppy and undercooked. The base was all wet and gloopy. Ive had not great pizza from Pizza Hut previously but this experience was so bad that Im writing my first review. We spoke to the manager and even offered to go to the branch to show him how bad the pizza was-he said there was no need. Offered another pizza or credit towards future orders but it was so bad I dont ever want to order from there again. So we were told we need to call the head office for a refund as it was an online order. After being on the phone for over 20 minutes we were offered a 20 refund from a 30 order....because we ate the dessert. So instead of realising we have skipped the main meal and resorted to eating dessert only they want to charge us for what we were meant to eat after an edible pizza! So much for compensating for bad food...Instead we got bad service too. Really really disappointed to say the least. A single star is only because the delivery was prompt.
have found the pizza formula changed as well as the cheese don't taste right something has been changed Also I feel when the staff are putting toppings on they should wear gloves hence I no longer order pizza take away anymore

The worst experience of ever ordering food! The staff are incredibly rude, the manager Vicky was also useless. They dont understand the meaning of customer service and fob you off to call a central customer service number, - simply passing the buck! Will never use again and I would advise you not to order from Pizza Hut. Their recent appearance on Watchdog is certainly true and their service is the worst. Much rather go to an independent store and place an order with a company that appreciates their customers.
