Driving me mad with unsolicited mail. How can you have a website with no Contact Us or Unsubscribe option? In the light of GDPR surely this needs to be fixed. If anyone from British Seniors is reading this STOP SENDING ME MAILSHOTS. Any future received will be sent back at your expense.
I phoned this company for a quote as I had seen the advert on TV, I also phoned several other companies. It is a quote, I do not expect follow up calls trying to gain my business, that to me does not give me confidence in a reputable business.
Very prompt in returning call, however one advisor was extremely rude when quoting a monthly cover, sarcastically laughing when I explained that the payment was too high for the cover I required. Not good customer service and not helpful will take my money elsewhere
