They get their trainees to wash hair and charge you the full price as if it was done by the senior stylist and managers. They also have some 10% discount which never makes a difference to the normal price when you apply it on that set discount days. I have been going for 17 years, since 2002 when I bumped into Junior, and I won't be returning. Very disappointed because this is the second time I booked with either Junior or Sonia and I am given trainees who don't know what they're doing.
After trying all the salons in Slough with no luck of finding the perfect one my cousin recommended siblings and said I should give it a try. I booked for and appointment and went there hoping for a miracle as my hair hair was very damaged by relaxers and hair dyes.As soon as I walked it I was mesmerised on how beautiful and clean the salon was unlike those Ive visited before.The customer service was incredible and the girl who did my hair I believe her name was Sharon if Im not wrong reassured me that I was in save hands .I got my hair relaxed and had a treatment as well as a hair cut as my hair was damaged allot.I was very ecstatic with the service and how beautiful my hair looked and cant wait for my next appointment .
Reneged on special offer of giving ten percent if you recommend someone or vice versa, plus it's not highly advertised
