My experience was with their store in Wandsworth London on Old york rd. I ordered a bridal and bridesmaid bouquet with them. The result even better than expected with lovely presentation and colours, Just as I'd asked. Reasonably priced too.

Ordered flowers for my mums birthday. Received a big bouquet which smelled nice but 4-5 flowers at the top were turning brown and had wilted. I had expected fresh flowers but the ones I received definitely weren't. I called 3 times to complain/arrange an alternate bouquet but had no answer. I am a regular customer and I don't think I will be returning to the Uprising for my flowers.
