Poor service by staff this evening. Car wash not working properly and I felt I should let them know as I'd paid for a platinum wash. No soap or wax seemed to be in the wash and paying 7.00 for a wash that was not doing it's advertised job is not right.Should have been give. The refund there and then. But a staff member working in the Subway Section of the shop asked me to come outside to check. I was told "I can smell soap" which I pointed out that that was a bit strange as none has been used.I had to ask for a refund. They thought I'd wait until a manager is in the next day. Won't be using this station. Again. On top of it all the fuel prices are more expensive that the other local stations and toilet facilities stink. Not good. Avoid if you can
