Bad experience. My car was damaged during the wash and they accepted no responsibility. Only offered an air freshener!!!
Never felt so uncomfortable as a customer - the staff there kept making comments and taking in between each other that there was too much dog hair in the car. One of them decided my car needed a mini valley which I agreed to but the other staff weren't happy and kept complaining that they couldn't be asked to do a mini valley. They have not cleaned the car properly (in&out) and have not dried the outside of the car so when I got home there were water(liquid) smudges running down the car. Personally I do not even think they cleaned the boot. I paid 24 just so I could go back home and clean the car myself as it wasn't up to a good standard. I did not know you should only bring clean cars to the car wash hmm .. (sarcastic voice). I will not be back ever again.
Ive used this place for year but recently I have seen a massive decline in their customer service and quality of clean. Staff are rude, prob due to being over worked and under paid....but that said why bite the hand that feeds? Also, do to their lack of productivity, cars stacked up in the wash bay, guys started on the car behind and in doing so they smashed the pressure hose against my paintwork on multiple occasions causing damage to my paintwork, FUMING!!
I needed quick vacuum inside car before MOT, admittedly by car was filthy and I'd forgotten to clean it. These guys did it really quickly and to my satisfaction. Change from twenty quid too. Only thing is they need to be a bit more customer focused in greeting front of house as it was a little intimidating and I felt I was interrupting when asking how to get a quick valet. But I'd certainly go again as they saved the day.
