Mystic Beauty is a well established salon which provides excellent service. I have been a regular customer since 2001 and absolutely love this place, the staff is welcoming, professional and the salon provides reasonable prices for their valued customers. I would highly recommend this salon.
I know the owner of Mystic Beauty and have been going to the salon for around 17 years now. I have never had a problem. Mystic Beauty have always provided an excellent service! They are very professional, clean and do an amazing job to cater for their clients needs. The females in my family have been going to Mystic Beauty for several years as well. Had my eyebrows microbladed yesterday and Im very pleased with the result. The lady doing then is very professional and friendly and I would definitely return.
The salon itself is very outdated, dirty and there is a very poor standard of hygiene. The salon has not had any renovation in years and it seems that they don't care about the salon being clean, it doesn't look or smell clean. In the waxing room, there is an office chair and a number of dusty hairspray bottles. The lady missed many patches with my wax and was harsh. The towel given to me to cover myself was dirty with wax on it from the previous wax, just folded up and given to me. The bed is not completely covered in hygiene paper, where you rest your head on the pillow is not covered and doesn't smell great. The perfume being sold is fake designer perfumes and will make your skin itch. Overall, a cheap and tacky salon I do not recommend to anyone.
